Standards matter.
So does how we meet them.
Certifications that reflect how we think, act, and improve - every day.
Certified B Corporation®
NetCloud became a Certified B Corporation in 2025 because we believe technology companies have a responsibility that goes beyond delivering great IT solutions.
Every device, every digital workplace and every IT decision has an impact. As an IT company, we have the opportunity and the responsibility to help organisations reduce waste, extend the life of their technology, and make more sustainable decisions without compromising business performance.
Becoming a B Corp reflects the way we want to run our business. It means meeting independently verified standards for social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability, while continuously improving the way we create value for our customers, our employees, our partners and society.
This mindset is also built into our platform, Echo. By helping organisations gain control of their IT assets, extend device lifecycles, reduce unnecessary hardware purchases and support ESG reporting, we enable more responsible IT management based on data- not assumptions.
For us, B Corp is not a milestone. It is a framework for making better decisions, measuring our impact and challenging ourselves to improve every year.
We know we won't get everything right. But we believe that responsible business—and responsible technology—is built through continuous progress.

ISO/IEC 27001 –
Information Security Management
Ensuring Top-Tier Information Security
ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It sets the framework for how organizations protect sensitive data — through structured processes, clear policies, and continuous improvements.
For NetCloud, data security is not just a technical concern. It’s a foundation for trust. Being ISO 27001 certified means we’ve implemented a systematic approach to protecting information — from access controls and risk assessments to incident handling and employee awareness.
The certification was awarded after a thorough, independent audit. But more importantly, it reflects how we work — consistently, carefully, and with accountability.
For our clients and partners, ISO 27001 provides assurance that information security is embedded in every aspect of our operations — from our internal practices to the Echo platform. It’s a signal that we take data protection seriously, and that we’re committed to keeping your information safe, secure, and compliant.

ISAE 3000 – Assurance on non-financial information
Trust doesn’t just come from what we say — it comes from what can be verified. That’s why we’ve chosen to have key parts of our non-financial reporting processes reviewed under the ISAE 3000 standard.
ISAE 3000 is an internationally recognised framework for providing assurance on areas like ESG data, IT controls, and sustainability reporting. The review is conducted by independent auditors, and confirms that the way we gather, manage, and communicate sensitive non-financial information lives up to strict expectations around consistency, documentation, and transparency.
For us, it’s another step toward operating with clarity — both internally and in how we support clients. And for those who rely on our data, it’s a way to ensure that what we deliver stands up to scrutiny.
You can read more about ISAE 3000 via the IFAC website.
